Valentine's Day Cookie Decorating – Chef Jessica- Cooking Class

HANDS-ON EVENT - Bring an apron with you to class!

Participants will enjoy a charcuterie plate while chef demonstrates various cookie decorating techniques. You will have a chance to practice piping prior to working on your own cookies.

The cookies are a shortbread /sugar cookie hybrid, and the icing will be a vanilla flavoured royal icing for decorating.

Each registrant will ice 6 cookies of their own, and be given a box for transporting. Recipes and instruction packages will also be provided to all participants to take home along with their cookies.

$129 + GST per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
