Cream of Lobster
Silky and indulgent, this lobster bisque whispers of the sea — enriched with cream and a touch of sherry, finished with tender lobster morsels. A luxurious beginning.

Suggested Wine Pairing: Chardonnay or Champagne/Sparkling Wine

Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Carrot Purée & Cognac Flambé Apples
Juicy pork tenderloin, perfectly roasted and nestled on a bed of velvety carrot purée. Sweet flambéed apples add a touch of drama to this elegant centerpiece.

Suggested Wine Pairing: Chenin Blanc, Viogner, or Riesling

Warm Chocolate Soufflé
A heart-stealing finale — delicate yet decadent, with a molten chocolate center that melts as sweetly as first love. Served warm with whipped cream.

Suggested Wine Pairing: Ruby Port or Late Harvest/Ice Wine

$129 + GST per person (for this event, tickets must be purchased in pairs)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
