On the menu tonight:

Gourgeres (Cheese Puffs) - An elegant opener to begin the evening

Salmon Pâté on Toast - Served with a champagne vinaigrette green salad.

Cocktail Pairing: Valentine’s Daiquiri - Bright, fruity, tart

Coq au Vin (Chicken Braised in Red Wine) - Served with decadent butter mash

Cocktail Pairing: Cardinal Sin - rich, sweet, foamy

Chocolate and Coffee Crème Brûlée - Silky and smooth, with that classic crunchy shell

Cocktail Pairing: Kōhī Martini - Bitter, sweet, savoury

$169 + GST per person (Tickets for this event must be purchased in pairs)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
