This class explores the rustic, soulful cuisine of Brittany, a region where the sea and countryside meet.
On the menu tonight:
Cod à l’Armoricaine, a classic coastal dish gently simmered in a rich tomato, white wine, and aromatic sauce.
Braised Pork Tenderloin with Cider, paired with tender leeks and sweet apples—a perfect balance of savory and subtly sweet flavors rooted in Breton farmhouse cooking.
Warm Traditional Far Breton, a beloved custardy dessert studded with seasonal fruit.
$129 + GST per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.
No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
