Mini Tostaditas de Tinga de Pollo - Smoky tomato-chipotle braised chicken, crema, crispy corn tostadas

Roasted Tomato & Guajillo Tortilla Soup - Fried tortilla strips, queso fresco, avocado

Braised Beef Birria Tacos - Served open, demo-style, with classic accompaniments and Mexican-style rice. Birria broth served on the side for dipping

Carlota de Limón - Mexican lime icebox cake

$129 + GST per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concerns. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
