Lobster Bisque
A luxuriously smooth and velvety soup, this classic bisque delivers rich, ocean-sweet flavor in every spoonful.

Chicken Braised in Tarragon Cream Sauce
Tender chicken gently braised until succulent, this dish balances delicate anise notes with rich, slow-cooked flavor.

Warm Chocolate Soufflé
A light yet intensely chocolatey soufflé, with a delicately crisp top and a molten, airy center. Served warm, each spoonful melts into deep cocoa richness — an indulgent and elegant finale to any meal.

$129+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged during this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!.
