DEMONSTRATION CLASS
Empanadas will be paired with vibrant house‑made sauces. We will cover the basics of empanada dough — how it’s handled, rolled, filled, and sealed — along with how each filling is prepared and seasoned. We also focus on flavor balance, highlighting how savory, creamy, fresh, and mildly spicy elements come together in Peruvian cooking.

Empanada de Carne : Traditional Peruvian‑style beef empanada with onion, garlic, and warm spices.
Paired with a Salsa Criolla (Red onion, lime, and cilantro for a fresh, acidic contrast)
Empanada de Queso y Espinaca: Melty cheese and spinach filling
Paired with a Creamy Peruvian Aji Verde (Herbaceous, tangy, and lightly spicy)
Empanada Dulce de Manjar y Queso
A baked sweet empanada filled with manjar blanco and fresh cheese. Lightly sweet, and creamy.
$129 + GST per person ( one ticket per person)

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.
No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
