These hearty Northern Italian bread dumplings are deeply seasoned with cheese, pork, and herbs, then poached inand served in a flavourful broth

Crispy Pork Belly with Creamy Garlic Polenta

Slow roasted pork belly is paired with creamy cornmeal for a simple but hearty main course

Zeppole with Vino Santo Sauce

Delicate pieces of ricotta-choux pastry are topped with a pouring custard spiked with Italian dessert wine

$129 + GST per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - Visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.

No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
