Pasta Masterclass: A Night in Bologna – Chef Deniz- Cooking Class

SEMI-HANDS ON EVENT.

Your Chef: Deniz Tarakciogu

During this semi-hands on class, we will talk about what goes into making a perfect egg pasta dough. Students will participate in making one filled pasta and one noodle.

All students are going to make, roll and pinch pasta and we are going cook it communally and sit and eat one pasta at a time.

Please bring an apron to the class

Tender Winter Greens and Vegetables with Bagna Cauda Dressing, 24-month Aged Parmigiano, Soft Eggs, Vin Cotto, Housemade Sourdough

The 'original' Caesar salad, from the Piedmont region

Tortellini with Veal, Pork and Mortadella, Parmigiano Fonduta, Crushed Hazelnuts, Aged Balsalmic

Tagilatelle al Ragu Bolognese

Hand cut noodles with traditional ragu, 36-month old Reggiano

Vanilla Gelato with Sicilian Olive Oil and Maldon Sea Salt

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
