Learn the tips & techniques for making these beautiful & delicious French cookies.

Students will learn how to pipe & fill a variety of Macarons & enjoy a delicious charcuterie & cheese plate while Chef Sofie demonstrates the Swiss Meringue Buttercream, other fillings and decoration inspo!

We will send you home with a box of macarons to enjoy with family & friends

This class will focus on how to pipe heart-shaped cookies and a variety of chcolate fillings

$129 + gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
