Guests will prepare a classic Gold Rush with lemon and honey syrup, paired with crispy beef rolls, followed by a fresh Peach Smash with bourbon, peaches, mint, and lemon alongside short rib pasta salad. The night finishes with a refreshing bourbon and ginger beer cocktail served with a comforting beef pot pie.
