Join us for an immersive culinary adventure as we master the art of preparing the magnificent Côte de Boeuf, a classic French bone-in ribeye steak. This hands-on class guides you through creating an elegant three-course meal centered around this impressive cut of beef.
Menu:
- Salad: Petite Green Bean, tomatoes, garlic confit, and lemon
- 3lb bone in Ribeye split, cleaned and roasted with caramelized onion, freshly made gnocchi & french style petite green beans
- Make your own cannoli
Each couple will share one 3lb bone-in ribeye. All other courses and sides are individually portioned. Ticket Price Is For Two People!
