Brunch Cooking Class: Ham & Brie Croissants, Poached Eggs & Lava Cake

Summer's officially on. You'll Roll & Bake Fresh Croissants stuffed with Country ham, and Brie Cheese. Then we skillfully poach an egg and get that on the ham and cheese with a arugula salad! Then finish with an Individual Chocolate "Lava" Cake dressed with Bourbon Drenched Strawberries. Sweet, indulgent, and made completely from scratch. We'll have fresh Orange Juice on deck for a BYOB Mimosa Bar, so bring your bubbles and come hungry. All ingredients, equipment, aprons, glassware, and hands-on instruction from our expert chef are included.
