Roll up your sleeves because tonight we are doing it all. We are candying walnuts in the pan for a stunning roasted beet salad with crème fraîche and balsamic, braising short rib low and slow into a rich bolognese served over fresh hand rolled pappardelle, and finishing the night by assembling our own tiramisu layered with coffee soaked ladyfingers and cinnamon whipped mascarpone. A full steakhouse dinner made completely from scratch. Let's cook.

- Roasted Beet & Candied Walnut Salad W/ Creme Friache & Chives (Tossed In Balsamic & Candied Walnuts To Be Done In Pan)
- Braised Beef Bolognaise W/ Fresh Dough Pappardelle (Braised Short Rib In Tomato Sauce W/ Roasted Vegetables And Fresh Herbs)
- Assemble Your Own Tiramisu W/ Cinnamon Whipped Mascarpone, Traditional Ladyfinger cookies soaked in Coffee Syrup, & Coco powder
