Summer At CSS Program - Brunch Edition! Summer at CSS keeps rolling with a hands-on breakfast class built for kids and young teens. Young chefs will dip pillowy Hawaiian rolls into a cinnamon vanilla custard for golden French Toast Bites, whisk and pour their own Build-Your-Own Egg Cups baked in muffin tins with cheese and mix-ins, and toss together a colorful Fresh Fruit Salad. Along the way they'll pick up real breakfast skills — custard dipping, egg technique, safe knife handling for fruit — all under the guidance of our expert chef. All ingredients, equipment, aprons, and instruction are included. Just bring your appetite.
