About this Event
This Parents’ Day, we welcome our friends from Tâu Kē 頭家 for a special kitchen takeover celebrating the bold, comforting flavours of Northern Peranakan cuisine.
Experience a specially curated 5 dish menu featuring:
- Kerabu Paku ; Fiddlehead Ferns, Cuttlefish, Aromatic Dressing
- Assam ; Stewed Assam Pedas Ikan Pari, Tangy
- Peranakan Bak ; Braised Iberico Pork belly, Sand Ginger, Coriander
- Chai Boey ; Mustard Green Stew, House Roasted Duck
- House Sides: Bendi Belacan, Keropok Ikan, Nyonya Achar, Turmeric Fragrant Rice
Alongside the set menu, à la carte desserts and drinks will also be available throughout the evening.
Seats are limited for each timeslot.
