Parents' Day Kitchen Takeover: Tâu Kē x Chū | Shu

This Parents’ Day, we welcome our friends from Tâu Kē 頭家 for a special kitchen takeover celebrating the bold, comforting flavours of Northern Peranakan cuisine.

Experience a specially curated 5 dish menu featuring:

• Kerabu Paku ; Fiddlehead Ferns, Cuttlefish, Aromatic Dressing
• Assam ; Stewed Assam Pedas Ikan Pari, Tangy
• Peranakan Bak ; Braised Iberico Pork belly, Sand Ginger, Coriander
• Chai Boey ; Mustard Green Stew, House Roasted Duck
• House Sides: Bendi Belacan, Keropok Ikan, Nyonya Achar, Turmeric Fragrant Rice

Alongside the set menu, à la carte desserts and drinks will also be available throughout the evening.
