Lisa will demonstrate poses and give clear directions over a high-quality sound system. Kids can join the class with supervised adults. This is Open To All / Family-Friendly / Lgbtqia / Non-Judgment Space / All Mvmt Levels & Newbies / County Approved Class & Events / COVID Safe / Fully Licensed and Insured

🎒 How to Prepare:

BYO beach towel or blanket for practice ( no Yoga mat needed ), lounging on the lawn, enjoying the splash pad, or if you hit the beach. We practice on a firm turf lawn ( no holes, bumps, bugs, dog poo, or sand ) for easy-flowing movements and balance.

Also don't forget sunglasses & your friends!

📅 Date: Saturdays: 9:45 am class begins, unless noted in the date.

Arrive anytime before class begins, check in with the teacher, grab a spot, and enjoy extra time at the market before class. Don't worry if you are running late; jump in if class has already begun.

💲 Price: This is a free class, and donations are accepted for the teacher, supplies, and assistant who sets up the space. *No one is turned away due to a lack of funds.

• Cancellations or rescheduling are eligible for a 100% refund for paid tickets or donation-based tickets.
