THIS EVENTBRITE TICKET INCLUDES:

75-minute experience. curated music. high-quality speaker. teacher demo and cue with mic. cool-down & freshen up Aromatherapy. Photo & video shots. Up to 14 participants ( $10 each additional) and more!

You will bring a large beach towel to practice on and take a dip. Water and any other needs if your booking is on the beach or outdoors.

Yoga Mats can be rented for locations that have hard indoor surfaces.
