Participants relax on a yoga mat, immersed in the vibrations of large gongs, crystal bowls, drums, chimes, flutes, and other instruments.

Sound healing is a transformative therapy that uses diverse healing sounds and music to enhance our holistic well-being, gently awakening and nurturing all aspects of our luminous energy field—body, mind, soul, and spirit—in a deeply enriching experience.

Info: You will be offered a cup of Egyptian Blue Lotus Tea upon your arrival. It is optional to consume it. Blue Lotus is a tea that will allow you to go deeper into your sound journey. There are no counter indications. We serve 4 ounces per person. If you purchase the regular yoga mat space at $33 you are invited to bring your own blanket and pillow for comfort. If you purchased the VIP floor mattress at $44 you will be provided a blanket and pillow. In both cases please bring your own water.

Info: The session begins with guided breathing or a short meditation to help you relax and become receptive to the sounds.

Info: Immersive Soundscapes:
The practitioners play a variety of instruments, each emitting different frequencies that interact with your body. You might feel vibrations, experience deep relaxation, or enter a meditative state. We use large Gongs, Singing Crystal Bowls, Shamanic Flutes, Harmonica, Shamanic Drums & Chimes.

Info: Closing:
The session typically ends with softer sounds, like chimes or bells, allowing you to gently transition back to the present moment.
