Private Beach Yoga Experience Booking Refund Policy

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & WEATHER POLICY

Private experiences require advance scheduling and reserved instructor time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled experience may receive a refund minus any Eventbrite and processing fees, or may reschedule at no charge. For your convenience, cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance can be refunded directly through your Eventbrite account without needing to contact us.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled experience are eligible for a one-time reschedule credit valid for 6 months but are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Because safety is our top priority, experiences canceled by Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Wellness due to unsafe weather conditions may be rescheduled at no charge or refunded in full.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation, rescheduling, and weather policies.
