We offer a judgment-free, non-competitive healing environment featuring a wonderful community of both locals and visitors. The instructor will demonstrate and guide the session using a high-quality audio system, ensuring everyone can follow along with ease. You're encouraged to skip any parts that don't resonate with you. Class is suitable for all levels & newbies.

🎟️ Ticket options for weekly classes:

• Hold Spot: Pay $15 cash at check-in to reserve your spot.
• Prepay Tickets: Secure your spot and receive emergency notification emails.

Important:

• If you choose to pay cash, please bring the exact amount, as we cannot provide change for large bills.
• There are ATMs located near the shops at NE 9th St, so allow time to stop there before class.
• If you forget cash, we also offer a Zelle or Cash App option for $20 per person.

Note: Children under 15 can join the class for free when accompanied by a paying adult or may play off to the side.

☀️ Arrival Guidelines for Class:

• The teacher will arrive approximately 10 minutes early to set up the colored flags that will designate the check-in area.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class to check in with the teacher.
• If you're crossing the bridge, allow yourself extra time for travel.
• If you happen to arrive a few minutes late, there's no need to worry. Simply show up and check in towards the end of the class.
• Class duration is 75 minutes

🎒 What to Bring:

• BYO a large sheet, beach towel, or blanket for ample coverage from the sand to practice on.
• A yoga mat is optional; however, if you have one, placing it beneath the sheet can offer additional stability. Otherwise, it might flip in the wind, get hot, or sandy.
• Small hand towel to use for a prop and to wipe off sweat or sand.
• Don't forget essential items such as sunglasses, sunscreen, and a bottle of water.
• Bring something to shield your belongings in case of a refreshing sprinkle of rain or ocean mist.
• Expect to sweat! Wear swimsuits or light colored fitness attire and feel free to take a dip in the ocean after class or rinse off at beach entrances.

Note: Shops and ATMs are available on NE 9 Street, and all major hotels are located south of Vistamar Street.

This spacious, tranquil area features no crowded beach chairs and ample hourly metered parking. It’s just a short walk from major hotels, small food shops, bars, and convenience stores on NE 9th Street. *Look for colorful flags on the beach* (amber / white lights for evening events ).

Weather conditions (such as wind, rain, and temperature) can vary significantly from one side of town to the other. If the event is canceled, we will notify attendees at least 90 minutes prior to the class—unless an unforeseen emergency arises.

⚠️ Cancel/Refund Policy for Weekly Classes:

• Cancellations or rescheduling are eligible for a 100% refund.
• For general refunds with 24+ hour notice, you can easily process this yourself. Just navigate to your ticket settings to initiate your refund. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, refunds or credits will not be granted. We are not liable for any personal circumstances that might prevent your attendance, including travel, health, weather, or other issues.
