About this Event
Flow with me at this serene, historic waterfront park with views of New River and lush greenery to connect with your body and breath during this vinyasa flow and sound healing session. All levels welcome as we join together to find our flow.
The flow will be guided by Mayce Palker, founder of Mindful Healing Co. At the end of the flow, enjoy a relaxing sound bath meditation.
Class will begin at 6:30pm.
Class is donation based ♡
Free parking in front of park. There is also plenty of paid street parking. Please give yourself enough time to find parking!
