Yin Yoga & Deep Relaxation - Summer Edition
The practice will combine gentle yin yoga postures and simple breathwork to encourage ease in both body and mind. We’ll also include deeply restful restorative poses, with longer, well-supported holds, allowing you time to fully settle, soften and recharge.
By consciously inviting relaxation as we move and rest in this way, the body is given permission to let go. This can help soothe the nervous system, ease tension and support a sense of calm and balance.
The session will conclude with a Yoga Nidra - a guided relaxation often described as yogic sleep, leaving you feeling rested, grounded and gently renewed.
You leave with some home-made treats to enjoy afterwards.
