Somatic Yoga with Zoe

This Somatic Yoga class is a slow, gentle practice that focuses on how your body feels, rather than how it looks.
You’ll be guided through simple, controlled movements designed to help release tension and bring awareness back into the body. The pace is slow and supportive, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to begin to relax naturally.
Zoe will guide you throughout the session, helping you notice where you may be holding tension and how small, mindful movements can help the body soften and reset. There’s no pushing or stretching deeply, this practice is about relearning how to move with ease.
It can be especially supportive if you’re feeling tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body, or if you’re returning to movement after some time away.
Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside, the space is softly lit with drapes, fairy lights, and a calming atmosphere to help you fully switch off.
This class is suitable for both men and women and is ideal for beginners or anyone looking for a slower, more restorative way to move.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more in tune with yourself.
