Beginners Yoga with Laura

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes. You don’t need to have done yoga before.
This class is for you if you’re completely new to yoga, or if it’s been a while and you’re ready to come back, no experience, no expectations, just a gentle place to start.
Laura will guide you through every movement, explaining what you’re doing and why, so you always know what’s coming next. There’s no keeping up, no getting it right, just you, your breath, and a pace that works for your body.
The class draws on the foundations of Ashtanga yoga, working through a series of postures designed to build strength, ease tension, and help you reconnect with how your body feels. Every movement can be adapted to suit you, so wherever you’re starting from, you’ll be supported.
Sessions take place in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside, softly lit, with drapes across the ceiling and walls, gentle fairy lights, and the subtle scent of incense to help you settle in. When the weather allows, Laura will take the class out into the gardens.
You’ll leave feeling gently stretched, a little calmer, and ready for whatever the day brings.
Open to all.
