Join us for a magical and insightful day exploring the wonders of crystals and how they can support your mind, body and spirit 🌿✨
During the morning, we will cover the practical side of crystals – where they come from, how they work, their healing properties, and how you can incorporate them into your everyday life.
Before lunch, you will create your own Aromatherapy Roller Ball, infused with crystals of your choice, for you to take home and enjoy 💫
At lunchtime, enjoy a light lunch and refreshments. You’re also welcome to take a short walk around the beautiful nature reserve, allowing yourself time to ground and reconnect with nature 🌳
In the afternoon, you will create your own intention jar, infused with crystals, herbs, and your personal intentions for the rest of 2026 ✨
We will finish the day with a guided meditation, where you will also receive some gentle seated Reiki healing, leaving you feeling relaxed, balanced, and aligned 💜
