We’re thrilled to announce that Art of Love Sound Baths now has an amazing new central venue in Stafford! We’re partnering with Elements Fitness & Wellness, a well-known and much-loved local brand, to bring our soothing sound bath experiences to their cosy and serene studio space, the perfect setting for deep rest and relaxation.

✨ What to Expect: A sound bath is a gentle, immersive experience where you simply lie back and allow the harmonious tones of gongs, crystal bowls, and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you. It’s like a sonic massage for your mind and body helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling renewed and balanced.

Please arrive 10 minutes before, entrance is not permitted after the start time in order to protect others experience.

There are yoga mats and blankets on site, but welcome to bring your own. A pillow and eye mask are also recommended. Whatever you need to be comfortable.
