Hatha Yoga with Amy
You’ll be guided through a series of postures with time to pause, notice, and feel into each movement, rather than rushing from one shape to the next.
This allows you to build awareness, move with more ease, and develop a deeper connection to your body. I will guide you throughout the session, supporting you to understand the foundations of each posture and how your breath can help steady and support you as you move.
You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and take things at your own pace. The breath becomes your anchor, helping you feel more present and grounded while gently building strength and stability.
This class is suitable for all genders and is ideal if you’re new to yoga, returning after some time away, or looking for a slower, more supportive practice. Equally, there are always options and suggestions to make the practice feel more effortful if that’s where your energy is at.
The session finishes with an extended relaxation and meditation, leaving you feeling both refreshed and deeply relaxed.
