Hatha Yoga with Amy
You’ll be guided through a series of postures with time to pause, notice, and feel into each movement, rather than rushing from one shape to the next. This allows you to build awareness, move with more ease, and develop a deeper connection to your body.
Amy will guide you throughout the session, supporting you to understand the foundations of each posture and how your breath can help steady and support you as you move. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and take things at your own pace.
The breath becomes your anchor, helping you feel more present and grounded while gently building strength and stability.
Held in our peaceful Staffordshire studio, surrounded by open countryside, the space is softly lit with drapes, fairy lights, and a calming atmosphere to help you fully settle into the practice.
This class is suitable for both men and women and is ideal if you’re new to yoga, returning after some time away, or looking for a slower, more supportive practice.
The session finishes with an extended relaxation and meditation, leaving you feeling both refreshed and deeply relaxed.
