Welcome to Breathe, an eight week course helping you discover the power of the breath to help train your mind, ease anxiety and increase focus.. These local classes have helped thousands reduce stress, find calm & reconnect positively with life. Now in September of 2026, it’s your turn.
Week 1: Natural Breath - Noticing the breath to calm and centre
Week 2: Purifying Breath - Clear tension and mental clutter to feel lighter
Week 3: Counting the Breath - Tracking each breath to increase awareness
Week 4: Positive Breath - Strengthen positive states through the breath
Week 5: Kind Breath - Develop self respect and ease in your interactions
Week 6: Focused Breath - Sharpen concentration and mental focus
Week 7: Mantra Breath - Using breath and mantra to encourage clarity
Week 8: Secret Breath - A rare Himalayan practice for deep transformation

Guided mindful meditations, Presentations and discussions. 6:30–7:30pm.
