About this Event

🌿 Supportive Yoga Class – Move, Restore & Rebalance 🌿

Join us for a welcoming and supportive morning yoga class designed specifically for women navigating menopause, perimenopause, and cycle-related challenges.

Delivered by Brighter Mindset CIC and proudly funded by Sport England, this 8-week programme offers a safe, inclusive space to reconnect with your body, build strength, and find calm through movement and breath.

What to expect
Each week, classes will gently explore a different theme to support your wellbeing, including:

  • Improving sleep
  • Easing joint pain and stiffness
  • Reducing anxiety
  • Balancing mood fluctuations
  • Enhancing focus and mental clarity
  • Supporting abdominal and pelvic comfort
  • Relieving head, neck, and shoulder tension
  • Strengthening your core and tackling “belly flab”

  • Runs twice weekly: Monday evenings & Friday mornings
  • Small, friendly group setting
  • Suitable for all abilities and body shapes
  • No previous yoga experience needed
