Come stretch, breath and unwind with us at our inclusive yoga sessions. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, our brilliant instructor offers expert guidance tailored to all abilities- no pressure, no pretence, just a warm and welcoming space to move your body and quieten your mind.

You can expect a supportive environment, a few giggles and a community that celebrates you as exactly as you are. You will be welcomed by our amazing volunteers and our lovely regular yogis.

Please note, latecomers will not be able to access Yoga any later than the stated start time. Refunds will not be provided in this case.
