This fun, slower paced lunar flow is all about tuning in and connecting with the energy of the full moon. While connecting with the breath, you will be guided through a grounded and tranquil flow that will leave you feeling more focused and centered. Each session will end with a soothing sound bath meditation. All levels are welcome.This class is $20 per person and all ages and skill levels are welcome. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the farm. Pre-registration is required. Tickets are available for purchase up until 24 hours prior or until sold out.
All sessions are outdoors unless weather does not allow.

About the Instructor
Madison started yoga to better understand and empower herself on her own wellness journey and with the intention to use it in her career as a mental health practitioner. Her practice has allowed her to become more mindful, have deeper connections, and create space for radical rest, relaxation, and self-care. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work at Siena Heights University and received her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and currently enjoys working as a mental health therapist for students during the school year. She is passionate about a whole-person approach to wellness and frequently uses yoga, mindfulness, and nature as a part of her therapeutic interventions.
Madison is inspired to empower others and create a safe and welcoming space for all people to be exactly as they are. Her classes are designed with sequencing that is accessible for everyone, encouraging each yogi to play and de-stress. As a teacher, Madison’s intention is to create space for her students to regulate their nervous systems, re-connect with their bodies, and grow in love and respect for themselves and the world around them.
