Join us for a 45-minute guided group meditation led by Todd Chinnock. He will guide you through Vipassana style meditation which focuses on “seeing things as they are”. This type of meditation allows you to see the world from a state of tranquility, awareness, and mindfulness.
The suggested donation is $10, all meditation levels are welcome! Cash or card donations can be made the night of.
**Space is limited, so if you reserve a spot and do not show up, your card will be charged $10.
