You can expect to rest in long held, floor-based poses that cultivate inner stillness, flexibility, and a meditative mind. Throughout class, you will receive soothing massage techniques to enhance your experience and deepen your relaxation. This class is perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, and accessible for people comfortable laying on the floor and getting up from the floor with relative ease.CLASS IS LIMITED TO 8 PEOPLE EACH WEEK!
