About the Instructor
Laura bridges people to be in deep connection with their body's innate wisdom through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and functional nutrition. With over 490 hours of yogic training and experience, she is certified in Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial yoga, and Reiki. She designs her yoga classes to flow organically and encourages her students to tap into their inner sense of play and make each practice their own. Laura intends to create an easeful space where her students may become more aware of their body, mind, and breath and cultivate clarity.
About the Instructor
Madison started yoga to better understand and empower herself on her own wellness journey and with the intention to use it in her career as a mental health practitioner. Her practice has allowed her to become more mindful, have deeper connections, and create space for radical rest, relaxation, and self-care. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work at Siena Heights University and received her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and currently enjoys working as a mental health therapist for students during the school year. She is passionate about a whole-person approach to wellness and frequently uses yoga, mindfulness, and nature as a part of her therapeutic interventions. Madison is inspired to empower others and create a safe and welcoming space for all people to be exactly as they are. Her classes are designed with sequencing that is accessible for everyone, encouraging each yogi to play and de-stress. As a teacher, Madison’s intention is to create space for her students to regulate their nervous systems, re-connect with their bodies, and grow in love and respect for themselves and the world around them.
About the Instructor

Through guided movement, Raquel’s goal is to make you feel at home on your mat and connected to your body. Her flows offer attention to alignment, providing a strong foundation for beginners, and continually grant seasoned practitioners space to play with new transitions and reconnect to their roots. No matter where you are in your practice, Raquel will offer support, guidance, and plenty of opportunities to laugh throughout your experience.
