This 90 minute Yoga Massage class is deeply relaxing, meditative, and is designed for all bodies and yoga levels. This serene and soothing session combines the healing benefits of restorative yoga with gentle, mat-based massage techniques. While you rest in comforting yoga positions, our skilled therapists will provide calming massages, all while you remain fully clothed. This exclusive class is limited to just 6 participants, ensuring deeper relaxation!
