About this Event
Overview
Meditation is not about fixing yourself — but recognizing and being in this natural state of awareness, kindness and wisdom - 5 WEEK PROGRAMME -
September 5th, 12th & 26th
October 10th & 17th
Saturdays 11am - 12:30pm
Many of us are drawn to meditation, yet struggle to find extra time, a quiet space, a fixed posture, or a calm state of mind. AAM challenges this assumption by showing that meditation does not depend on special conditions. Practice can happen anytime, anywhere — in the middle of daily activities and real-life situations.
Rooted in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition yet universal in its approach, AAM offers simple and accessible methods for cultivating awareness, compassion, and wisdom in everyday life. It is designed for anyone, regardless of background or previous meditation experience.
What sets AAM apart from other meditation programs is its view, the underlying way we relate to our inner experiences. Research shows that simply being introduced to this view, even without formal meditation practice, can lead to meaningful benefits for anxiety, depression, and overall well-being.
Rather than requiring special conditions, AAM shows how to meditate anytime, anywhere — while scrolling through your phone, attending meetings, drinking coffee, or navigating life’s ups and downs. Even difficult emotions become part of the path, not obstacles to avoid.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, AAM offers accessible and transformative instructions to deepen and enrich your practice. Meditation beginners will learn practical techniques to “meditate short time, many times.” Experienced practitioners will discover how AAM teachings dissolve the boundary between formal and informal practice, allowing meditation to become a natural, effortless part of daily life.
This five week programme will include video teachings by Mingyur Rinpoche, guided practices and community discussion and will be led by Yash Dubal and Terri Stevens .
Yash Dubal is a UK-based entrepreneur and founder of a leading immigration law firm. Alongside his business journey, he has spent several years deeply engaged in meditation and mindfulness through the Tergar community.
Introduced to meditation during a period of high stress, Yash went on to study under the guidance of Mingyur Rinpoche. He has actively completed the Joy of Living programme, attended multiple retreats, and is a graduate of the Meditation Teacher Training Programme.
Yash is passionate about making meditation simple, practical, and accessible—particularly for entrepreneurs and high-performing individuals. He now shares these teachings to help others cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner calm in everyday life.
Terri Stevens is a womans health practitioner, reflexologist, post partum doula, yoga teacher and meditation guide.
She has been practicing in the Tibetan Buddhist lineage since 2004, her main teachers have been Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche , Tai Situ Rinpoche and Mingyur Rinpoche.
Terri is a Tergar senior practice group leader and AAM teacher and has travelled to India and Nepal many times over the last twenty years to receive teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche and many other teachers.
Designed by Mingyur Rinpoche
Mingyur Rinpoche is a world-renowned meditation teacher, best-selling author, and TED speaker whose teachings have reached thousands of students around the globe.
Known for his warmth, humor, and deep engagement with science, he created the Anytime Anywhere Meditation to offer transformative practices that can be applied directly in daily life.

Drawing on his extensive training and personal experience, he distilled essential methods that anyone can integrate into their routine.
