Born and raised in Rome, Chef Roberto Granito invites you to discover the traditions of Ariccia and the Castelli Romani through the food, wine, music and hospitality that have brought families together for generations.

For one evening only, guests will gather around one shared table to enjoy a seven-course Roman dining journey inspired by family recipes, regional traditions and the spirit of the traditional fraschette of the Roman countryside.

Throughout the evening, Chef Roberto will share the stories, flavours and culinary traditions that shaped his upbringing, accompanied by Italian wine, live music and cultural storytelling.
