Our Cucina con Noi series continues with a delicious and creative Charcuterie Board (Tagliere Misto) experience hosted by Chef Alex Peluso, Head Chef of the Italian Cultural Centre!

Join Chef Alex as he shares the art of building beautiful and balanced charcuterie boards that are perfect for entertaining, special occasions, or simply enjoying with family and friends. Throughout the evening, you'll learn how to combine flavors, textures, and colors while creating boards that are both visually stunning and delicious.

During this interactive class, you'll prepare three different styles of boards, each showcasing a unique approach to presentation and pairing. You'll begin by creating a cheese board, exploring the differences between soft and hard cheeses while learning how to select, pair, and arrange them. Next, you'll build an antipasto board featuring a variety of marinated vegetables and traditional accompaniments. Finally, you'll assemble a complete charcuterie board that combines premium cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, spreads, and garnishes into a beautifully balanced presentation.

The class also includes two carefully selected wine pairings, giving you the opportunity to discover how different wines complement the flavors of your boards and elevate the tasting experience.

By the end of the evening, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to create impressive charcuterie boards for any occasion and enjoy the delicious boards you've prepared during the class.
