Fresh Handmade Pasta Making Class with Chef Cem Demirli
Our Cucina con Noi series continues with a special hands-on pasta-making experience hosted by Chef Cem Demirli of Osteria Al Centro!
Chef Cem is passionate about Italian cuisine and has dedicated himself to mastering the art of fresh handmade pasta. Join him in the kitchen as he shares the techniques and secrets behind creating authentic pasta completely from scratch.
During this interactive class, you'll learn how to prepare a classic egg pasta dough by mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping it into a variety of traditional pasta styles, including ravioli, agnolotti, tortellini, tagliatelle, and more. Together, you'll create a delicious fresh ravioli filling, discover how to pair pasta with flavorful sauces, and learn the proper techniques for cooking and plating your finished dish.
Each participant will make their own pasta dough, work with a pasta machine, and enjoy the satisfaction of creating a beautiful handmade meal. At the end of the evening, you'll enjoy your freshly prepared pasta and take home a selection of the pasta you've made, along with the skills and confidence to recreate these recipes in your own kitchen.
Please bring a container, an apron, and your appetite!
