Hera’s Healing is not just about slowing down; it’s about setting yourself free. Through a mix of grounding wellness practices and soul-stirring adventures, you’ll be invited to release old stories and create space for the woman you’re becoming. Imagine hiking to a mountain peak and letting out a scream that carries your worries into the wind, or exploring the history of the city as a way to reflect on your own past and honor what it’s time to let go of.

This retreat blends stillness with powerful moments of self-discovery that has a little something for everyone— from yoga and guided journaling to outdoor excursions that awaken both body and spirit. Every experience is intentionally designed to help you rebalance, find clarity, and leave feeling lighter, freer, and deeply at peace.

Hi, I’m Monica—healer, guide, and the creator of the Radiant Rebirth Program. My work is devoted to helping women reclaim their inner peace, tap into their intuition, and step boldly into the life they long for. Whether through transformational retreats, private healing sessions, or welcoming you into the Goddess Haven, I hold sacred space for women to shed the stories that have kept them small and remember the truth of who they are.

I’m a mother to four kind and wonderful humans, a citizen of the world, a lifelong learner, and a devoted friend—but I didn’t always know who I was. Through heartbreak, healing, and the wild terrain of rediscovering myself, Radiant Rebirth was born from my own journey of trial and error. I know what it’s like to lose your center in the swirl of life, to silence your inner voice, and to feel disconnected from the woman you’re meant to be. I also know the power of a single “yes” to yourself and how honoring your Sacred No can change everything.
