About this Event

Chablis is a spectrum that exists somewhere between crisp and zesty to rounded and milky 🌌 A region just north of Burgundy where old-vine and cru chardonnays command a pretty penny, we will also dive into the overlooked Aligoté, the other great white grape of Bourgogne. Come taste through 5 of our favourite picks, ranging from hard-to-find, low-intervention producers to more traditional producers located on the steep slopes of kimmeridgian soils 🦪 Tuesday July 28th at 5:30-7:00pm in the cafe at Les Faux Bourgeois
