Yoga for PregnancyOur beautiful classes are held at Bennetts Willow Barn every Thursday at 6:30-7:45pm.
Each class includes ALL OF THIS:
Breathing techniques for birth
beautiful guided relaxations
Precious time to bond with baby
Safe yoga asana (postures) to gently stretch and strengthen
Discussions around various birth & pregnancy themes to ensure you head into birth prepared and empowered
Whatsapp group with all the other ladies in your class
Twinkly fairy lights and flickering candles
Beautiful music
Chocolate treat every week
Basically 1hr 15mins of loveliness
Never done yoga before? Don't panic - 86% of women coming to our classes haven't either - so you won't be alone.

Classes are booked in blocks of 4/8wks for £48/£96. Ladies can join from 12wks right up until little one arrives.
(Blocks must be taken consecutively but can be worked round shift work and holidays if required)
