Are you pregnant and wanting to prepare for your baby’s birth while taking care of your well-being too?Zoe’s antenatal yoga classes come highly recommended and can support you physically and emotionally throughout your pregnancy.
6 week blocks start week beginning 7th September

The space is beautifully relaxing with fairy lights, candles and all the equipment you will need.
You will meet other mums and build your support network and mum friends!
Zoe has been teaching pregnancy yoga for 9 years. She teaches Pregnancy Yoga in the NHS to high risk women and is highly experienced and trained in both yoga and Hypnobirthing.
No experience necessary. So many people come to their first ever yoga class during their pregnancies… such a wonderful time to start.
