Walk n Talk

Come join us for a refreshing Walk n Talk, around the riverside, we will meet by South Quay Fountains, near Copenhagen Car Park.
It's time to lace up your shoes, grab a friend, and hit the trails. Let's enjoy the beautiful scenery of the riverside in Worcester, UK while getting some exercise and great conversation.
We will stop for a cuppa towards the end.
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, talk about issues on your mind, whether it be your mental health, various life events, talking of a bereavement by suicide, OR talk about the secenry and simply enjoy the outdoors.
Don't miss out on this chance to get moving and socialize in a fun and relaxed setting.
This will be a monthly event, the first Saturday of the month. See you there!
We need more volunteers, this will allow us to facilitate more events, we need people who feel confident and capable to undertake training to lead walk n talks, or support groups, we will be very greatful of any support but particurally those able to facilitate.
