Yoga for Mum & BabyThis is a class that is for MUM & baby, giving you both the opportunity to relax together, stretch together and make friends together.

👶 Knowing all too well babies have minds of their own, my classes are super chilled and I adapt them based on how the little ones are reacting each week. So don't panic if you think your baby might cry - they all do at some point!

✨ Feeding, changing, crying and burping are all welcomed - so if you're a new mum looking for a class to try - I promise you'll love this one!

Expect lots of giggles, yoga asana (postures) to ease you back into exercise, an introduction to baby yoga, postures for you both to do together, Oh and a wonderful twinkly fairy light relaxation to end with.

Basically 1hr of loveliness 💕
Classes are booked in blocks of 6wks for £69. Ladies can join from 6wk postpartum (8-10 for c-section)
(Blocks must be taken consecutively but can be worked round shift work and holidays if required)
