Info: Surrender to the deep, resonant vibrations of our 30-inch symphonic gong & beautiful crystal bowls in our flower-filled studio. Let the sound wash over you, reset your nervous system, and guide you into profound rest. Bolsters/blankets/eye masks included, but either bring your own Yoga mat or rent one for £2 (please bring exact change).
