A class not to be missed with oils, scents, meditations and ultimate pampering. A completely immersive sound bath using alchemy crystal bowls and koshi chimes to release any tension and deeply relax. Using bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and cushions we start with gentle movements of 6-8 poses to allow your body to rest and rejuvenate in your preferred position.
