Cacao is used as a Shamanic medicine and through opening the heart, it enables us to hear our true self, dissolve any pent up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are. Through the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls and Kate’s vocals you are able to drop into a lucid space. It is a time for you to open up and receive. Emotions can be released, visions can be experienced, messages can come through, and deep peace, bliss and transcendence can be found. Kate originally started her journey into deepening her relationship with herself and the world by practising Yoga.

This holistic path then opened up into Breathwork and Sound Healing and all three facets have become an integral part of her life and understanding of healing and transformation.

She is passionate about creating sacred spaces for people to shed their layers and come back to a place of inner guidance, truth, understanding, compassion and connection.
